Sales Training
The sales training includes:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes annually.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes each year.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) different sales courses offered for General Managers biannually, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and day-to-day sales leadership.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians includes:

  • HVAC tune-up procedural training semiannually
  • Heat exchanger and carbon monoxide inspection annually
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ biannually
  • Continuous NATE certification and specialty programs as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further training through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better provide education to our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, resources, and framework for running a business from the P&L perspective.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Semiannually, participate in outbound calling with a one (1) day class. In this class we go over HVAC basics, why people buy, calling skills, scripts, customer purchasing signals, and mastering customer complaints.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes given. As needed training given by the General Manager and relevant staff at the center.
