Heating and Air Conditioning
General Manager is held accountable for
directing and arranging all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service
location. The General Manager manages
the P&L, drives sales, and provides
guidance to all staff and
processes for the office.
The Service Technician performs
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial
heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessories. The Service Technician interacts
with residential and/or commercial customers to answer questions, resolve
issues, and ensure complete
customer satisfaction. The person in the role also advises the customer of recommended products and services and works under the
supervision of the Field Supervisor or
Installation Technician conducts heating,
cooling, and related equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial
sites. The person in the position also conducts
installation and service on indoor air quality equipment and accessories, as well,
and has the expertise to understand
controls and wiring plans and schematics.
Customer Service Specialist fields customer
and billing inquiries with the highest
measure of respect and
professionalism to resolve customer
concerns with a one-call resolution.
The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for assisting in day-to-day
function of the Service Experts Heating and Air
Conditioning service center.
Dispatcher, abiding by company radio and pager procedures,
dispatches calls to Installers, Service Technicians, and
Maintenance Technicians. The person in the role also
corresponds with the customer to
verify the customer is aware of
scheduled appointments, answer questions,
and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher
effectively plans and routes the most
suitable technicians following
established company policies.
